6 New Fitness Classes in Denver and Golden

 

Six brand-new fitness classes are coming to The Spot Denver and The Spot Golden! Whether you're looking to improve your climbing skills, build your core strength, or boost your overall fitness, we’ve got a class for you, starting April 4:

  • Climbing Fitness | This class is perfect for climbers of all levels who want to improve their technique, strength, and endurance on the wall.

  • Core Conditioning | Exactly what it sounds like! This intense, 25-minute class will target your abdominal muscles and build strength and stability, both on and off the wall.

  • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) | This class uses periods of high intensity efforts followed by varied recovery times to develop strength, burn calories, and improve oxygen consumption. This 30-minute class is great for those looking for a quick and effective workout.

  • Full Body Conditioning | This class is perfect for those who want to work on their overall fitness, using a variety of equipment and exercises.

  • Mobility | This class is designed to help you move better and feel better, no matter what your current ability is. Improve your range of motion, reduce pain and stiffness, and prevent injury.

  • Mountain Strong Fitness | Learn how to train strength and conditioning for climbing, in addition to mobility, injury prevention, breath work, and mental strength. Taught by our friends at Mountain Strong!
