Life happens and unfortunately it means we must cancel plans occasionally. We always offer rescheduling options, if for some reason you can't attend, but in the end, we do have an accomodating refund policy.
- Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance of service date, receive a full refund
- Cancellations made within 5 days of service date, receive a 50% refund of payments, with remaining 50% transferred onto a Spot gift card.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
